Horse with Lymes Gets Whole Family on the Matrix

When Claire Naylor-Pollart's 25-year-old Morgan mare came down with Lymes disease for a third time, her sister, a Matrix representative in Arizona, told her to put the mare on the Mushroom Matrix. Claire did and said her senior equine friend "looks fabulous and seems to be back to her old self again. Actually, I can say that she's maybe even better than before."

Claire said the mare had been through a course of antibiotics for the Lymes and she was concerned about the fact that antibiotics "kill both what's good and bad in your system." Hence, she figured the Matrix might help rebuild the mare's immune system. "Antibiotics are helpful when you need them but I felt with this older horse that I need her immune system back up to where it should be before the hard winter sets in," said the resident of Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

Claire said she'll soon be retesting her horse for Lymes and is hoping that not only will she be clear of the disease, but also that the Matrix will boost the mare's immune system to help prevent a future relapse of Lymes. In fact, she's hoping the Matrix will shield the whole family.

"We're in a high Lymes area and I think it'll help build all our immune systems so I've got all of us on it." And when Claire says "all" she means the whole family. "I also have the two dogs on the Matrix and I take it myself. Everybody is on it. Both my daughter and I take it every day in a power shake. I also have a pony that has foundered before from overeating grass in the field. Because I can't feed her grain, I worry that she won't get enough nutrition in the winter so I'm starting her on the Matrix as well for the extra nutrition it will give her."

Although Claire started her animals on the Matrix for its immune-boosting potential, she's seeing some residual benefits. Her mare with Lymes has become less anxious and stressed and so too has her three-year-old Labrador. Claire has now become a Matrix fan and is helping spread the word.

"I'm recommending it to people. I tell people if they or their animals get Lymes and are on antibiotics, they should be on the Matrix," she said. "It's a healthy product. The Matrix not only gives you nutrients but I believe it makes all the nutrients that come into your body work more efficiently."
